About the Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and driven ServiceNow Developer to join our Singapore-based team. This role involves creating and enhancing ServiceNow applications to optimize service delivery in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules tailored to business needs.
- Adapt and refine existing workflows to boost efficiency and enhance user interaction.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges for smooth user experience.
- Keep comprehensive records of system configurations and procedures.
- Engage in code reviews and promote adherence to best coding standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of professional experience working as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management methodologies.
- Capable of working well in a collaborative and high-velocity setting.
- Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
