Job Overview
We seek a dependable ATM Field Service Technician responsible for the installation, upkeep, and repair of ATM hardware within bank branches and ATM lounges. This role involves direct liaison with client accounts to promptly address and fix technical problems.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain ATM hardware systems located in bank premises and ATM lobbies.
- Quickly diagnose and repair any hardware issues to minimize downtime.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding ATM technical support.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high service standards.
- Follow all security protocols mandated by banking institutions during service operations.
Additional Information
Position offers a monthly compensation ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 INR. The work location is onsite at Cuttack, Orissa, India.
