- Operate autonomously within ambiguous contexts by creating urgency for delivery and bridging gaps across regions, architectures, and organizations.
- Manage portfolios by assessing business and technical trade-offs, aligning teams, technologies, and organizational structures to optimize delivery.
- Effectively communicate complex issues and decisions through clear, concise summaries to various stakeholders, facilitating insightful and timely discussions.
- Drive simplification in intricate architectures and integrations to enhance delivery speed; consult with principal engineers and subject matter experts as needed.
- Interpret ambiguous business outcomes and strategize clear execution plans, breaking down complicated processes into straightforward solutions.
- Educate the broader TPM and engineering community on best practices, contributing to improved efficiency and quality recognized across Mastercard.
- Collaborate with internal and external technology providers to enhance implementation plans by identifying opportunities for faster, better, and more cost-effective results.
- Influence dependent organizations' planning and goal-setting by contributing to their roadmaps.
- Actively participate in the community by sharing program management expertise internally and externally, and engage in mentoring and recruitment efforts.
Required Experience and Skills

- Capability to independently provide clarity and direction amid undefined business or strategic frameworks.
- Deep understanding of the business domain, product systems, and their scope, limitations, and scalability considerations.
- Comprehension of architectural decisions and applying technical judgment to challenge assumptions with senior engineering support.
- Expertise in technical program management best practices across multiple agile and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Recognition of previous failure patterns to guide teams in avoiding repeated errors.
- Mastery of scrum delivery methods.

- Adhere to Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all accessed information.
