The Emerging Data Signals team is currently looking for a Lead Product Manager to spearhead the strategy, development, and launch of next-generation transaction data solutions. These include transaction notifications, consent management, authentication frameworks, and advanced data services designed to empower customers with real-time, secure transaction data access and verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for a suite of transaction data, consent, authentication, and data-driven platform products.
- Advance Mastercard’s transaction notification and consent platforms to deliver enhanced, valuable capabilities for developers, financial institutions, merchants, and fintech collaborators.
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and emerging industry directions to influence product focus and investment allocation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define requirements and build scalable, API-centric platforms.
- Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate product ideas and convert needs into actionable features.
- Oversee product discovery, prioritize initiatives, and manage delivery balancing user value, organizational goals, and technical constraints.
- Partner with privacy, security, and legal departments to ensure the products meet compliance and responsible development standards.
- Utilize AI-based tools and contemporary product management methodologies to enhance discovery speed, decision accuracy, and execution efficiency.
- Establish success indicators, monitor product performance, and apply data-driven insights to continually refine customer impact.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive background managing digital products, APIs, platforms, or data-driven products.
- Strong grasp of product strategy formulation, roadmap creation, customer research, and Agile execution methods.
- Experience in authentication, identity verification, transaction data management, financial services, payments, or related industries.
- Proven track record in leveraging artificial intelligence to boost product development, customer experience, or business results.
- Technical savvy, capable of partnering effectively with engineering teams.
- Adept at unraveling complex client challenges and converting them into scalable product offerings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a continuous learning mindset and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic settings, managing uncertainty, and aligning diverse groups.
- Deep passion for technology innovations and building impactful, measurable products.
