Role Overview
We are seeking Senior Software Engineers specializing in AI to contribute to the development of our advanced products and enterprise platform. This role involves hands-on engineering as well as engaging in strategic conversations around product direction and business needs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI Co-Worker systems that allow enterprise clients to deploy AI agents tailored to specific personas performing complex, end-to-end operational workflows on a secure platform.
- Maintain a model-agnostic platform by integrating large language models (LLMs) and AI frameworks from both established and emerging providers.
- Design and implement scalable and secure APIs compatible with large-scale enterprise environments.
- Collaborate closely with customers to deeply grasp their requirements and ensure solutions exceed expectations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 7 years in software development with recent direct experience in AI-related projects.
- Strong programming skills, especially in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience working with AI orchestration and framework tools such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Background in constructing systems prioritizing security and data governance as fundamental design elements rather than afterthoughts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities along with strong execution skills.
