Role Overview
The Senior Process Manager functions as a subject matter expert in their specialized area, providing insightful advice and striving continuously to improve efficiency and service quality. This role emphasizes maintaining exceptional delivery standards and fostering enduring partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders by understanding and addressing their needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Influence and engage key stakeholders to endorse HR strategies and initiatives.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders while managing their expectations proficiently.
- Lead the Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end assessments, and calibration meetings.
- Empower managers to cultivate a culture of high performance through productive performance discussions and differentiation.
- Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) ensuring legality, fairness, and goal-oriented execution.
- Oversee comprehensive employee lifecycle management, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through exit.
- Control attrition analysis, including voluntary and involuntary trends, exit interview insights, and employee engagement data to identify causes and risks.
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement strategic action plans improving engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Lead manpower planning alongside business heads, aligned with organizational growth and efficiency targets.
- Monitor budgetary expenses ensuring cost-effective HR interventions.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive HR projects in alignment with organizational goals.
- Detect process deficiencies and propose effective solutions.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- MBA degree with over eight years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven track record in independently leading HR projects, with the ability to demonstrate their return on investment.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel for creating trackers and analytical documentation.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to articulate organizational objectives and team vision effectively.
- Ability to positively motivate teams, provide constructive feedback, and support career development.
