Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy PLC programs for automation systems including B&R Automation, Omron, and Beckhoff platforms.
• Set up and manage SCADA and HMI systems effectively.
• Conduct system testing phases such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and perform on-site commissioning activities.
• Diagnose and fix issues within control systems promptly to prevent operational downtime.
• Ensure adherence to applicable safety and quality standards throughout system implementation.
• Coordinate integration of third-party equipment with control systems.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• In-depth expertise in PLC programming environments including TIA Portal, RSLogix, Studio5000, Gx Works, and Machine Expert version 2.1 or newer.
• Proficient in programming languages like Ladder Logic (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST), and Sequential Function Charts (SFC).
• Experienced in developing SCADA/HMI applications using WinCC, FactoryTalk, and Wonderware.
• Familiar with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, CC-link, and RS-485/232.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on automation control systems.
• Knowledgeable about CE and UL certification standards as well as machine safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any engineering specialization.
