Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical and solution-oriented Senior Operations Manager to drive growth and operational excellence for our ride-hailing services in Ghana. This position requires exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to manage the local operations team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including headquarters. Your work will directly influence local market operations, supporting Bolt's mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement strategies to enhance the driver value proposition, increasing supply growth, operational performance, and partner retention.
• Lead the local operations team by defining and executing efficient operational processes focused on delivery and outcomes.
• Oversee supply operations to ensure excellent experiences for driver and fleet partners across acquisition, activation, and retention stages.
• Monitor supply and market metrics to track performance, identify opportunities, and maintain marketplace health.
• Detect local trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement impacting business performance and enact effective corrective measures.
• Work closely with headquarters teams such as Product, Legal, and Marketing to design and deploy initiatives promoting growth and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Highly accountable, capable of thriving in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
• Experience managing complex teams and operational units with a focus on development and performance.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable designing analytical frameworks and leveraging data to guide strategic decisions and foster business growth.
