Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Payroll Advisor to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. This role is pivotal in ensuring the payroll process for multiple countries is accurate and completed on time. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, organized, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a specified region, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain and accurately update employee payroll records, including onboarding, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits deductions.
- Conduct periodic payroll reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.
- Support year-end payroll activities, audits, and ensure strict adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Act as the primary contact for employee payroll inquiries, delivering timely and professional resolutions.
- Utilize payroll systems such as Workday or SAP to efficiently process payroll data.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience managing payroll in a global or multinational setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets with skills including vlookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Familiarity with major payroll software platforms such as Workday or SAP.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to solving problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A proactive learner who adapts well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
