Senior Developer (Endur) - Senior Associate - Energy & Commodities

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate Technology expert specializing in Endur L2 support within the energy and commodities trading sector. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering both functional and technical assistance for Endur applications, collaborating closely with business users, production support, and technical teams. Your mission will be to maintain platform stability, ensure smooth trading operations, and manage application performance on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 functional and technical support for Endur to maintain stable day-to-day trading activities, accurate profit and loss reporting, and seamless end-of-day processes.
• Investigate and resolve incidents spanning front office, middle office, back office, and logistics operations; carry out end-of-day monitoring and health checks; analyze recurring problems to implement lasting solutions; support user acceptance and regression testing efforts; maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge base; act as a subject matter expert for business users.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and system enhancements while adhering to high service standards and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in technology consulting focused on Endur implementation and support.
• Proficiency in Endur system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Endur scripting, structured query language (SQL), and database administration.
• Deep understanding of energy and commodities trading processes, including risk management and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cloud-based Endur solutions and modernizing legacy applications.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java for customizing Endur functionalities.
• Competence with data analytics and visualization tools targeting trading insights.
