Delivery Lead

As the Delivery Lead in New Zealand, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our footprint by combining global expertise with local insights to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our market presence in New Zealand by fostering relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Embody our core values and uphold our reputation for innovation, collaboration, and excellence in delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, assisting in shaping strategies around transformation and achieving long-term business goals.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement digital, data, and AI-powered solutions addressing key business challenges.
• Leverage expertise across our global network to deliver integrated and impactful client experiences.
• Lead extensive digital and technology transformation initiatives from initial strategy to successful execution.
• Implement governance, delivery methods, and collaborative approaches to align and drive program momentum.
• Support organizational Agile transformations and foster continuous team improvement.
• Create empowering and collaborative environments for high team performance.
• Manage program performance, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement to achieve successful results.

Experience and Skills

• Proven expertise in leading large-scale digital, business, or technology transformations within consulting, professional services, or complex enterprises.
• Track record of delivering results across distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong practical command of Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean frameworks.
• Experience guiding organizations in adopting modern work styles and scaling delivery competencies.
• Robust commercial understanding encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial oversight, and risk management.
• Ability to simplify complex situations, drive clarity, and maintain momentum in dynamic environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and capacity to influence executives and business leaders.
• Coaching and development experience with delivery leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Consulting mindset with contributions to proposals, client solution design, and business development.
• Success managing multiple strategic projects with focus on quality and outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Familiarity with delivery and portfolio management tools such as Jira and Rally.
• Experience overseeing delivery portfolios exceeding $10 million in value.
• Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in Agile delivery, program management, or transformation leadership.
