About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bridge Engineer to join our Tauranga-based bridging team. This position involves leading bridge design projects, including the creation of new structures and the strengthening of existing ones. You'll collaborate on notable regional and national projects while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of the Bay of Plenty region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bridge engineering projects from concept through to construction.
• Collaborate within a motivated, high-performing local team and the wider business.
• Develop and apply innovative design ideas including parametric design tools to enhance project delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communicator, effective in team and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Experienced in the full bridge design process including concept and detailed design stages.
• Familiarity with parametric design tools and eagerness to further develop and lead this skill area.
• Keen to achieve chartered engineer status within next few years with company support.
