Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders to explore complex challenges, analyze data, and develop effective remediation strategies.
- Lead and manage remediation projects ensuring timely execution, risk oversight, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Track remediation progress, generate insightful reports, and drive ongoing improvements that yield lasting business results and enhanced customer value.
Success Milestones Within 6-12 Months
- Effectively manage and complete critical remediation analytics streams on schedule and with high quality.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams, becoming the primary analytics authority within remediation efforts.
- Produce precise, actionable reports, dashboards, and data extracts supporting decision-making and meeting audit and compliance requirements.
- Develop sustainable, repeatable analytical solutions that streamline efforts and integrate into routine operations.
- Enhance remediation workflows by translating intricate business needs into practical, data-driven solutions.
- Champion innovation by uncovering new opportunities, adopting modern data technologies, and promoting best analytics practices organization-wide.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in data and analytics roles utilizing SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in data storytelling with exposure to Power BI Copilot and natural language query capabilities.
- Familiarity with general insurance or financial services sectors is advantageous.
- Advanced skills in Power BI analytics, including dimensional modeling, complex DAX formulations, and sophisticated visualizations.
- Strong ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives and meaningful stories.
- Solid background in data analysis and visualization with knowledge of data engineering practices to ensure data precision and relevance.
- Experience designing interactive dashboards, self-service portals, and performing diagnostic analytics.
- Additional knowledge of Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, Python or R, and advanced analytics techniques is a plus.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Fabric Ontology and Snowflake Intelligence/Cortex considered beneficial.
