Role Overview

As a Senior AI Engineer, your focus will be on deploying and scaling AI models in production to enhance features such as personalization, search, and campaign creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and scale large language models and vision-related AI models.
• Develop efficient AI pipelines emphasizing performance and cost optimization.
• Collaborate closely with product and backend development teams.
• Manage workflows related to real-time inference and fine-tuning of models.
• Work extensively with embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector search methodologies.
• Optimize AI model deployment across multiple cloud platforms.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 6 years experience in relevant roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python or NodeJS programming languages.
• In-depth knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, Diffusers, and DiTs.
• Hands-on experience with foundational model APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source LLMs; also familiar with embedding techniques, RAG patterns, and agent frameworks.
• Competent in Git version control, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/delivery systems.
• Skillful in API integrations.
• Adaptive problem-solving abilities to thrive amid ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong enthusiasm for pioneering AI product development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Familiarity with Docker containers, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure-as-code basics.
• Ability to simplify and convey complex technical systems to diverse audiences.

Additional Preferences

• Comfortable working with orchestration engines such as ComfyUI, n8n, or CrewAI.
• Preferred expertise in either Python or NodeJS.
