Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join 14Forty on a full-time basis, working 42 hours per week. This position entails ensuring the safety of our customers, staff, and facilities, while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a proactive and communicative team member.
- Monitor and control access to buildings and nearby areas.
- Implement effective and secure security procedures.
- Maintain a safe environment within the premises.
- Assist the public with general inquiries.
- Uphold the positive reputation of 14Forty by representing the company professionally.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold or be eligible to acquire a valid SIA license.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Demonstrate determination and resilience.
- Possess prior experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain a smart and professional appearance.
- Be a self-starter while also excelling in teamwork.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Have keen attention to detail.
- Understand relevant health & safety protocols, criminal law, and security operations.

Work Schedule
Shift pattern follows a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.
