Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace to join our team as a Security Guard.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of people, property, facilities, and confidential information.
• Maintain vigilant surveillance of the premises and report any suspicious behavior promptly.
• Handle delivery and collection of items across various locations as needed.
• Carry out seasonal landscaping tasks to support a safe and professionally maintained facility appearance.
• Operate landscaping equipment responsibly to uphold clean and attractive grounds.
• Keep the yard organized and litter-free to sustain a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid G driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Previous experience in security with an active Security Guard License.
• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent certification.
• Availability to work full-time hours, including potentially flexible scheduling as necessary.
• Capability to undertake diverse tasks such as driving, security duties, and landscaping activities.
