Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple full life cycle implementations for SAP Retail, demonstrating extensive design and execution expertise.
• Utilize hands-on experience across all facets of SAP S/4HANA Retail Solutions, SAP CAR - POSDTA, and associated consuming applications within SAP CAR.
• Support pre-sales by preparing and delivering compelling customer presentations and facilitating initial project assessments (phase-0).
• Ensure that SAP solutions are perfectly aligned with the strategic business goals through informed application of industry knowledge.
• Oversee every phase of project lifecycles to assure successful completion and delivery to executives.
• Manage integrations particularly involving POS and e-Commerce platforms to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate across departments to guarantee seamless SAP solution implementation and ongoing utilization.
• Engage with clients to understand business requirements and propose tailored technology solutions.
• Monitor emerging industry trends and identify potential enhancements or new solution opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of SAP Retail and Fashion solutions along with insights into all applications associated with SAP CAR and SAP FNR Solutions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years' experience in SAP Retail or closely related retail consulting, with a minimum of 10 years in IT within Retail or Fashion sectors demonstrating progressive responsibility.
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA Retail, SAP CAR - POSDTA, and related consuming SAP CAR applications; SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
• Deep understanding of SAP core business processes for Retail and Fashion, including thorough knowledge of SAP CAR and SAP FNR application ecosystems.
• Proven pre-sales support experience, including creating and presenting proposals and conducting initial phase assessments.
• A hands-on approach with a results-driven attitude and capability to handle pressure while maintaining an end-to-end project perspective.
• Exceptional organizational, teamwork, and adaptability skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at articulating complex technical details clearly and confidently in both oral and written forms.
