Job description
Role Overview
Our client seeks a Sales Engineer to serve Northern Ireland, focusing predominantly on Belfast and nearby locales. You will join a growing team of five in Ireland, marketing a diverse portfolio including cable glands, electrical connectors, cable management products, and related tooling to an expansive range of clients such as panel builders, M&E contractors, OEMs, and cable harness manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
After generating demand among end users, your role includes securing sales through the electrical wholesale network by collaborating closely with both national and independent distributors.
A comprehensive handover from the current representative, who is advancing within the company, will ensure you start with a well-established client base and warm leads. You will also receive robust support from marketing, customer service, inside sales, and product management teams situated within the Irish office in North Dublin.

Candidate Profile
- B2B field sales experience within electrical, industrial, or technical sectors

- Possession of a full, clean driving licence is mandatory
Compensation and Benefits
The offered package includes a base salary between £50,000 and £55,000, complemented by performance bonuses, a company car, pension plan, healthcare coverage, life assurance, and enhanced maternity/paternity benefits.

Candidates should reside within Northern Ireland, preferably within an hour's travel of Belfast.
