Key Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive understanding of the Anantara brand’s business strategy and positioning, and communicate this effectively in the marketplace.
- Stay well-informed about all Anantara products and services, monitor competitors’ offerings and rates, and remain aware of industry trends.
- Prioritize efforts based on the significance of current client accounts for focused engagement.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring proactive follow-up during the sales cycle to optimize conversion and enhance guest experience.
- Operate sales IT tools proficiently, including CRM systems, sales software, Opera, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update client databases and CRM records to ensure accuracy and support targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain precise management reports reflecting business outcomes, sales activities, account revenues, forecasts, and planned actions.
- Process all departmental documentation such as proposals, quotations, contracts, agreements, correspondence, and reports efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee administrative coordination for group, MICE, and event bookings from confirmation through operational handover, ensuring all documentation and contractual requirements are fulfilled timely and correctly.
- Engage in client-oriented activities including familiarization trips, site inspections, sales trips, roadshows, trade exhibitions, and promotional events to support sales goals.
- Assist in generating new client leads while nurturing existing relationships, maintaining detailed account production data and potential revenue information within the CRM system.
- Contribute to meeting departmental revenue targets by identifying and driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities across rooms, meeting venues, dining, and other hotel services.

This role is based at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position requires full-time onsite presence. Candidates should possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Anantara's brand values.
