Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Waiter/ress, you will be a primary point of contact for guests, embodying the role of a Hospitality Ambassador. Your key responsibility will be delivering prompt, courteous service to enhance guest satisfaction in our food and beverage outlets. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth, timely operations while maintaining thorough knowledge of our menus, beverages, and the amenities offered by the resort.

Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service or restaurant operations.
• Strong passion for delivering excellent guest service.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
