Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly customer service by greeting shoppers, understanding their needs, and offering expert advice or suggestions tailored to their eye care requirements.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
• Encourage sales growth by actively promoting products, detailing current offers, and skillfully upselling relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Execute cashier responsibilities accurately, including money handling, transaction processing, and issuing receipts with attention to precision.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, setting up attractive displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled and organized.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and courteously, either independently or by coordinating with management when necessary.
• Contribute to store cleanliness and organization by performing routine upkeep tasks to support an inviting retail environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues such as opticians, optometrists, and store managers to ensure seamless operational flow and team effectiveness.
• Serve as an integral part of the eye care team by assisting with the fitting of frames and lenses, working alongside eye care professionals to deliver quality service.
