About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a leading global technology powerhouse committed to fostering the growth of young IT professionals. We are recruiting experienced Sailpoint Developers/Engineers to join our team and contribute to innovative IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding of various applications with full technical integration to SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Design and develop workflows, custom connectors, and configure SailPoint IIQ features using out-of-the-box components.
- Integrate enterprise-grade or internally developed applications with SailPoint IIQ effectively.
- Implement integrations with HR systems and Active Directory services.
- Participate in multiple SailPoint IIQ implementation projects (minimum 2-3) to deliver robust IAM solutions.
- Contribute 2-4 years of software development experience using any programming languages.
- Possess a deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ components, architecture, and configurations in both standalone and clustered environments.
- Execute SailPoint IIQ installation and configuration tasks for various deployment models.
- Develop technical solutions that fulfill all functional and non-functional requirements, minimizing product-level customizations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT industry with proven expertise in IAM and SailPoint IIQ.
- Strong familiarity with SailPoint IIQ, Java, Beanshell scripting, UNIX/Linux environments.
- Knowledge and experience with databases such as SQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
- Prior exposure to integrations with HR systems and Active Directory applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver solutions with minimal customization.

The in-person interview will be held on August 22, 2026, Saturday at TCS Synergy Park Non-SEZ, RAPTI Building, CMC Gachibowli Unit, Opposite DLF Gate 1, Hyderabad - 500032, Telangana, India.
