Job description
About Tenxor Technology
Tenxor Technology Pvt Ltd is a semiconductor engineering firm dedicated to delivering cutting-edge and reliable VLSI design solutions. The company supports clients through various stages of the semiconductor value chain, focusing on performance and quality. Engineers at Tenxor work with advanced methodologies and tools, tackling complex design challenges within a collaborative environment that promotes technical growth and impactful product innovation.
Role Overview
As an RTL Design Engineer, your responsibilities include developing, optimizing, and maintaining synthesizable RTL code for complex digital circuits, ensuring both functional correctness and meeting performance goals. Daily activities involve writing RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog), contributing to micro-architecture design, conducting simulations, performing linting and static checks, and collaborating with verification and physical design teams to achieve timing closure. Participation in design reviews, documentation of design specifications, and working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate modules into larger SoC or IP assemblies are integral parts of the role. This position requires working full-time on-site in Bengaluru with active engagement in lab and design efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in digital design, RTL coding, and VLSI design methodologies.
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, including digital circuits, timing analysis, clocking schemes, and trade-offs between power and performance.
- Proficient with electronic design automation (EDA) tools such as simulation, synthesis, linting, and static timing analysis utilities.
- Experience in product design tasks like micro-architecture translation, documenting design intent, and supporting integration and validation processes.
- Additional advantage for candidates with knowledge of mechanical engineering aspects related to hardware systems and packaging.
- Minimum educational qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with thorough attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively collaborate within teams and communicate technical details clearly in written and verbal form.
