Retail Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at the Kidderminster location. This full-time, permanent role involves working 39 hours over 5 days per week with shifts starting from 7 AM across the week including weekends. The position requires flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of £13.61 with a guaranteed minimum of 39 hours weekly, ensuring at least £530 weekly earnings. Opportunities for overtime are also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in leading a motivated team to operate the store efficiently and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assume full accountability for running the shop during the manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations including swift handling of deliveries, shop maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, cash handling, ordering stock, and team development.
• Oversee control of operational costs including minimizing shrinkage, waste, and managing payroll effectively.
