About the Role

Join our team in Nottingham as a Retail Supervisor, where you'll play a key role in leading by example both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Our supportive training and diverse shift patterns are designed to help you balance work and life while building a rewarding career.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
- Saturday: 7am to 6pm
- Sunday: 9am to 4pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and host the store team, modeling exceptional customer service and guiding customers to the products they need efficiently.
- Oversee store operations including cash reconciliations, handling customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and managing stock levels.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain high standards in the store environment while fostering a positive and enjoyable workplace atmosphere.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced supervisor or duty manager accustomed to overseeing small teams in dynamic retail settings.
- Exceptional at delivering customer service with a knack for converting interactions into sales.
- Curious and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and performance.
- Committed and enthusiastic about contributing to the business's success.
- Dependable, honest, approachable, flexible, and motivated to work hard.
