Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Supervisor, you will be a team leader working on the shop floor and in the warehouse, driving team performance and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will exemplify high standards, assist customers in locating and selecting products, and manage store operations including cash reconciliations, addressing customer inquiries, stock control, and audit compliance. The working schedule supports a healthy balance with varied shifts during these opening hours: Monday to Friday 7am-8pm, Saturday 7am-6pm, and Sunday 9am-4pm.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory or duty manager experience managing small teams in fast-paced retail environments. Strong customer service skills translating into sales, curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, passion for the business, and qualities such as friendliness, flexibility, reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic are essential.
