Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Retail Store Coordinator to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. This role focuses on leading team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence through leadership in visual merchandising, customer service, and merchandise processing.
• Maintain superior standards of store operations by providing timely updates and aligning team efforts.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage tasks while fostering teamwork and conducting training on service policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop Associates in displaying merchandise attractively and enhancing customer service practices.
• Strengthen the store’s brand image by designing engaging merchandise displays in critical store areas.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience with sound knowledge of customer expectations and retail operations.
• Exhibit strong collaboration skills to build positive relationships within the team.
• Have the ability to multitask and adapt efficiently in a dynamic retail environment.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills for effective information exchange and task prioritization.
