Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager passionate about building an inclusive, supportive workspace. You will empower your team to create exceptional shopping experiences through daily challenges and rewarding opportunities in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to drive performance including sales growth, cost control, merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, customer service, markdowns, shipping/receiving, and loss prevention, focusing on minimizing shrinkage and damages.
• Recruit, train, and mentor associates to build a talented and motivated team. Foster a positive, engaging work environment by serving as a supportive role model and leader.
• Implement and communicate action plans related to projects, targets, corporate initiatives, and store changes. Contribute to succession planning for future leadership needs.
• Develop strategies to meet sales, expense, and service goals while enhancing operational efficiency and store layout.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in retail leadership roles such as Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, develop talent, and inspire performance.
• Strong organizational, communication, mentorship, and influence skills to effectively manage and support team members.
• Deep knowledge of store operations including customer service, merchandising, health and safety protocols, people management, and loss prevention.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is approximately $48,593 to $68,030 annually. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications and experience.
