Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly wage for this role starts at $18.50, varying by location, expertise, education, and experience. The position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus. Qualified employees can participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching contributions. Associates accrue up to 152 hours annually in paid time off, including floating holidays and paid holidays, plus up to 64 hours of paid sick leave unless otherwise dictated by law.
