About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Retail Stocking Supervisor to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools in Batesville, AR. This full-time onsite position is ideal for candidates with recent leadership experience who are enthusiastic about developing a long-term career in retail management. You will be an integral member of a high-performing team empowered to make a difference and take pride in your contributions.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected pay rate is $17.00 per hour, which may vary based on your location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to a monthly bonus opportunity, the role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and a company 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Associates accrue up to 152 hours annually of paid time off, including floating holidays and paid holidays, as well as up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, or as required by law.
Work Schedule
The store operates between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM with respectful scheduling practices to support work-life balance. The store is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide and exemplify courteous and professional customer service
- Ensure the store environment remains safe, clean, and orderly
- Cross-train for a variety of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties
- Lead, mentor, and develop store team members
- Act as Leader on Duty during assigned shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
