About the Role
As a full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in a high-performing team empowered to excel and take pride in their work. This position suits individuals with recent leadership experience who are eager to advance a career in retail.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay for this role is approximately $17.00, varying based on location, skills, knowledge, education, and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for a monthly bonus and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Qualified Associates can participate in a company-sponsored 401(k) plan. Employees accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off annually, which includes PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year unless otherwise mandated by law.
Work Environment and Schedule

Main Responsibilities
- Provide and exemplify excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Cross-train across various store operations, including stocking and sales associate tasks
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Serve as the Leader on Duty when scheduled
- Perform additional duties as assigned
