Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly wage ranges from $24.00 to $26.40 based on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, the position qualifies for a monthly bonus. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees can participate in the company 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions. Full-time associates accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off annually, encompassing PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, as well as up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, subject to legal requirements.

Work schedules are designed respectfully within store hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver and exemplify professional customer service standards
• Uphold a safe, clean, and well-organized store environment
• Gain cross-training across all store operations including stocking and sales associate tasks
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members effectively
• Act as Leader on Duty according to schedule
• Possess and demonstrate expert knowledge in the role while fostering a great workplace culture
• Ensure products are well-stocked and accurately priced
• Perform additional duties as assigned
