We seek a Restaurant Manager to lead our enthusiastic team and elevate the guest experience through exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead a diverse team of over 25 staff members, promoting talent development via training programs and performance evaluations.
- Maintain and enhance impeccable service standards that reflect the charm and refinement of the French Riviera ambiance.
- Manage operational facets including financial oversight, inventory control, supplier coordination, staff scheduling, and monitoring performance indicators such as customer covers and average revenue per guest.
- Address operational challenges with innovative solutions to ensure smooth service and a memorable atmosphere.
- Exhibit decisive leadership under pressure, ensuring flawless hospitality even during peak times.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in high-end restaurants or equivalent premium hospitality environments.
- Demonstrated capability in leading and motivating large teams with an emphasis on performance improvement and professional growth.
- Expert knowledge in inventory and supplier management alongside comprehensive financial oversight including cost control and KPI tracking.
- Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service and skilled in resolving complex guest-related issues tactfully.
- Culturally sensitive and adaptable to work effectively with diverse teams and an international clientele.
