Role Overview

As a Senior Bartender, you will lead the bar operations by crafting high-quality drinks swiftly and reliably, engaging warmly with customers, and providing leadership and support to junior bar staff throughout service periods.

Key Duties

• Craft cocktails and beverages precisely following established recipes and quality standards.
• Provide attentive service to guests at the bar, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior bartenders during service.
• Oversee bar setup, inventory management, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar consistently.
• Accurately manage cash and other transactions efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working as a bartender in reputable bars or restaurants.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails and various spirits.
• Approachable and confident in guest interactions.
• Ability to work efficiently and consistently under busy conditions.
• Fluency in English is essential.
