Position Overview

As a Restaurant Hostess at Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality, you serve as the initial point of contact for guests, crucial in delivering an inviting and professional atmosphere. Your role involves warmly welcoming patrons, managing bookings, seating arrangements, and maintaining smooth operations within the dining area.

Primary Duties

• Greet guests warmly with professionalism and courtesy upon their arrival.
• Handle alcohol service duties as a significant aspect of the position.
• Manage reservation systems across multiple channels including telephone, walk-ins, and online booking platforms.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus promptly.
• Arrange seating efficiently in alignment with server sections and overall restaurant occupancy.
• Collaborate closely with service and kitchen teams to facilitate effective table turnover and customer flow.
• Keep the hostess station and entrance area clean and well-presented.
• Address guest questions and resolve complaints swiftly and diplomatically.
• Assist in tracking guest satisfaction and collecting feedback for service improvement.
• Stay informed about the menu, special offerings, and ongoing promotions.
• Adhere strictly to company standards regarding hygiene, grooming, and operational policies.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably acquired in fine dining establishments or 5-star hotels.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor.
• Proficient in English; fluency in additional languages considered an advantage.
• Have fundamental computer skills, including familiarity with Point-of-Sale or reservation management software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Salary Range

The monthly compensation for this position falls between INR 16,000 and 22,000.
