Overview
Enterprise Logic, based in Houston, Texas, provides comprehensive IT services, specializing in enterprise application development, business intelligence, and technology consulting. They are seeking a Remote Software Engineer specializing in Data and CRM to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create, clean, organize, and maintain precise contact and prospect databases.
- Conduct research on companies, businesses, and key decision-makers to gather relevant contact details.
- Handle CRM data management duties including leads, accounts, contacts, and Salesforce activities.
- Manage data transfers such as importing and exporting information between spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or obsolete records through rigorous data-quality checks.
- Generate reports and keep records systematically organized.
- Undertake other data, CRM, and research support tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient with Salesforce and general CRM platforms.
- Advanced capabilities in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experienced in web research, data acquisition, contact-list creation, and database management.
- Knowledgeable about AI-driven research tools like Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and associated connectors.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or similar disciplines.
- Prior experience generating B2B contact or prospect databases.
- Understanding of CRM-related data imports, exports, cleanup procedures, APIs, and integrations.
- Background in application development, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or real estate technology is advantageous.
Work Hours and Conditions
This is a full-time remote position working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST, aligning with the U.S. Central time zone business hours (approx. 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM during daylight saving).
