Role Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced Backend Engineer and Reltio Architect & Solution Designer who has extensive knowledge of Python, FastAPI, Azure cloud services, and enterprise Master Data Management systems. The candidate will architect and oversee scalable backend services, design robust MDM solutions on the Reltio platform, and guide integration and implementation efforts across enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Reltio architecture for enterprise-wide MDM initiatives.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions utilizing Reltio's core features, APIs, and accelerators.
• Conduct solution design workshops collaborating with business and technical teams.
• Lead the integration strategy by leveraging Reltio Integration Hub's recipes, connectors, and orchestration methods.
• Partner with data governance and Center of Excellence teams to ensure architectural alignment with organizational standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams for best practice adherence during solution implementation.
• Investigate and integrate emerging agentic platform capabilities, including AI-driven automation and semantic technologies.
• Support performance optimization, including match rule refinement and effective metadata management.
• Maintain thorough documentation of architecture decisions, design patterns, and reusable solution components.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise data management, with at least 5 years focused on Reltio MDM.
• Proficiency in Reltio Integration Hub including recipe creation, data flow design, and connector management.
• Hands-on experience with Reltio MCP, APIs, workflow configuration, and deployment processes.
• Strong background in designing multi-domain MDM architectures and solutions.
• Knowledge of agentic platforms such as AI/automation technologies; hands-on experience is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and integrations with systems like SAP and Salesforce.
• Expert understanding of data governance principles, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Reltio certifications such as Configuration Specialist or Integration Specialist.
• Experience with multi-domain MDM implementations in sectors like Life Sciences, Banking, or Retail.
• Knowledge of alternative MDM platforms like Informatica or Semarchy for comparative solution design.
• Experience using agentic AI tools for tasks including semantic deduplication, data enrichment, and workflow automation.
