About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager (also known as Relationship Manager) to join our team based in Southport, Gold Coast. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with occasional evening and weekend engagements. Post-probation, there is an opportunity to work from home one day per week. The position offers a base salary of $90,000 plus performance incentives, with on-target earnings around $130,000, along with exceptional company benefits focused on helping you meet your financial investment goals.
Company Mission
Our mission is to transform how individuals approach home loans, enabling them to settle their mortgages in under ten years and save substantial amounts in interest payments. We provide strategic guidance, education, and continuous accountability to disrupt conventional banking profit models.
Role Overview
This is not traditional customer service; it's about driving client success. Our clients subscribe to a premium service because they expect genuine results, not superficial solutions.
Your responsibilities include keeping clients motivated, simplifying financial plans, empathetically calling out excuses, celebrating progress, and ensuring clients stick with strategies to achieve lasting financial change.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds passionate about positively impacting people's financial futures, including educators, sales professionals disillusioned with selling unnecessary products, personal trainers who love coaching, banking professionals frustrated with profit-driven customer experiences, or anyone who diligently manages budgeting and mortgage repayments. The key requirement is a sincere care for clients and a commitment to go above and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage up to 150 clients, building strong relationships and coaching them toward their financial goals.
- Conduct structured monthly check-ins and annual reviews.
- Hold clients accountable to their personalized financial strategies.
- Guide clients through personal changes to ensure steady progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Strategy, Brokerage, and Property, to provide seamless client support.
- Identify risks like motivational drops or arrears early and respond promptly.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant records.
- Engage mostly through virtual communication (phone, video, messaging), with occasional in-person meetings and attendance at major client events, which may require travel.
What Sets Us Apart
- We challenge traditional finance norms and prioritize truthful communication.
- Our culture is bold and focused on measurable outcomes rather than superficial metrics.
- We are a rapidly growing team of about 45 Client Success Managers, expected to double within 18 months, offering opportunities for advancement.
- Our organization consists of around 230 employees with offices across Australia and expanding into the United States.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship or account management, coaching, client success, case management, education, or service leadership.
- Strong communication skills to engage in authentic conversations free from scripts.
- Excellent organizational abilities and consistent follow-through.
- High energy, ownership, and integrity while managing a high volume of work calmly under pressure.
- Compliance with company policies including passing a credit check (minimum score 600) and police check.
- Must provide two professional references and hold unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Availability to work full-time onsite at the Southport headquarters.
Additional Information
- Employees receive complimentary access to the company's program and services as clients themselves.
- Comprehensive onboarding includes a structured six-week training period.
- Enjoy career growth within a fast-scaling enterprise and a passionate team culture.
