Job Overview
This fully remote position based in the United States offers a full-time contract opportunity with a focus on supporting recruitment activities for early career programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews for early career roles.
- Participate in campus recruitment efforts by engaging in career fairs, organizing information sessions, and maintaining communication with university partners.
- Develop and maintain essential program materials such as handbooks, offer letters, and other correspondence.
- Ensure adherence to the organization's human resources policies and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED credential.
- Have at least two years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information handled in a professional manner.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and consistent follow-through on responsibilities.
