Join Datadog as a Recruiter to actively influence our growth and candidate engagement. You'll represent Datadog as the first point of contact in our hiring process, identifying exceptional talent, sharing our story, and converting candidates into colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates through diverse channels including job postings, referrals, agencies, and proactive sourcing.
• Conduct candidate screenings to verify alignment with job requirements.
• Partner with leadership to design efficient and effective interview workflows.
• Manage timely communication and follow-ups to ensure a smooth closure for all interviewed candidates.
• Negotiate remuneration packages with selected candidates.
• Improve recruitment practices by training interviewers.
• Utilize Greenhouse software to monitor candidate progress, maintain clean data, and revisit talent pools.
• Deliver a positive interview experience regardless of outcome.

Candidate Profile

• Between 2 to 5 years of comprehensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, either internally or via staffing agencies.
• Expert sourcing abilities, proficient at locating top-tier candidates.
• Capable of working autonomously across multiple open roles.
• Strong negotiation skills with a talent for presenting compelling value propositions and closing offers.
• Ability to manage recruiting activities with urgency and adapt to dynamic processes.
