About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks following departmental and corporate guidelines.
- Assist the team in preparing detailed design and construction contracts.
- Manage and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for contracts and related documentation.
- Input and update information in internal contract management platforms, overseeing data entry by junior team members.
- Support the monitoring, expediting, and compilation of periodic reports and regular data submissions.
- Review project tracking documents including payments, amendments, and contractual correspondence.
- Help track and collect contractors' daily, weekly, and monthly reports along with other ongoing submissions.
- Aid the Commercial Manager in the tender process, including releasing requests for proposals, analyzing submissions, and preparing bidding analysis worksheets.
- Participate in and document proceedings of pre-award, progress, and related project meetings.
- Support the Commercial Manager in reviewing and analyzing payment certificates from supply chain partners.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Design, Engineering, Project Management, Cost Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a relevant field.
- Proficient with computers, including word processing, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Familiarity with construction procurement processes and commercial principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, self-driven, with strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Skilled in MS Office applications; prior experience with Ariba and Sage networks is an advantage.
