Key Responsibilities

• Operate as a limousine driver in compliance with official Limousine Standard Operating Procedures.
• Deliver exceptional service aligned with the property's core standards and brand promise.
• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to all driving assignments to ensure punctuality.
• Conduct meet-and-greet duties using iPad signage for guest arrivals and departures as needed.
• Liaise with outsourced vendors to smoothly receive and hand over guests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Prioritize guest safety and ensure a comfortable and seamless journey.
• Utilize GPS navigation systems for efficient routing, selecting shortest or guest-preferred routes.
• Provide refined luxury service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all in-vehicle guest amenities like mineral water, wet towels, and newspapers are replenished.
• Meet all special guest requests such as preferred air-conditioning settings and music choices.
• Keep vehicle interiors and exteriors clean, spotless, and odor-free at all times.
• Perform thorough vehicle checks prior to driving assignments.
• Operate various vehicles including luxury cars and luggage vans.
• Comply with company policies, safety standards, and Limousine Integrated System and Queue System procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, tagging, and timely delivery in designated storage areas.
• Support transporting guests' belongings and perform valet driving duties when necessary.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education preferred.
• Valid driving license class 3 is mandatory.
• Possession of a Private Hire Vocational Driving License or Singapore Taxi Vocational License is advantageous.
• Defensive Driving Certificate is beneficial.
• Must provide copies of both sides of the valid Singapore Driving License and latest Driver Improvement Point System record.
• Prior experience in transportation operations is favored, particularly within service or hospitality sectors.
• Service-oriented with familiarity of Singapore roads, hotels, entertainment venues, F&B outlets, residential areas, and all airport and ferry terminals.
• Clean driving record preferred along with a pleasant personality and ability to multitask.
• Basic proficiency with technology such as iPads, grid phones, and GPS devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Physical capability to load and unload luggage and the ability to identify colors for driving purposes.
• Capacity to work under pressure independently and be an effective team player.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, nights, and public holidays.
