QA Automation Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a meticulous QA Automation Developer to uphold the quality, dependability, and performance across our web and mobile applications, automation workflows, and WhatsApp-based solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and implement thorough test plans and cases.
• Conduct both manual and automated tests on web and mobile platforms.
• Verify n8n automation workflows, integrations, and processes.
• Test WhatsApp chatbot interactions, messaging automations, and user journeys.
• Carry out API and integration testing.
• Detect, document, monitor, and confirm software bugs.
• Perform regression, functional, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Work in close partnership with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop quality assurance standards and adopt testing best practices.
• Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance roles.
• Proven expertise testing web and mobile applications.
• In-depth understanding of n8n automation workflows.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business Platform testing.
• Hands-on API testing using tools like Postman.
• Competence with automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and excellent documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of security and performance testing techniques.
• ISTQB certification considered a plus.
