Python Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team in Singapore. This mid-senior level position requires expertise in Python programming, a passion for AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies, and involvement in cutting-edge technology solutions.

Primary Responsibilities and Skills

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python applications using open-source frameworks such as PyTorch and LangChain.
• Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure code quality.
• Utilize version control and CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, and TeamCity to manage continuous integration and deployment.
• Work with different databases such as relational, NoSQL, and graph-based data stores.
• Apply AI/ML techniques including fine-tuning models, model distillation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent2Agent (A2A) protocols.
• Engage in data engineering tasks and scripting utilizing Shell and Regular Expressions.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Leverage basic Linux system knowledge to support development operations.

Additional Skills

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience or awareness of automation tools such as Ansible and monitoring solutions like Splunk.
• Understanding of public cloud platforms.
