Job Description
We are looking to add a competent Procurement Officer to our team. This role demands evaluating suppliers, nurturing supplier relationships, and ensuring the procurement of materials and goods is cost-effective and efficient.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' professional experience in procurement or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Educational background including a Degree or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply.
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
- Certification as a procurement practitioner is mandatory.
