Job Overview

We are inviting fresh graduates to join us as Process Associates in our voice process division. Candidates will engage directly with customers to resolve queries via email and chat, ensuring superior service quality and maintaining accurate records within our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and concerns through email or chat, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry and updates across various platforms and databases.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues where possible or escalate difficult problems to higher-level support.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Fresher graduates from 2024 to 2026 with degrees in Arts or Science disciplines are eligible.
• Bachelor's degree holders in any specialization except B.Tech, IT, MCA, and BE degrees are preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly for managing email and chat correspondence.
