Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design core product components, including APIs, services, middleware, and front-end interfaces.
• Develop clean, maintainable code in C# for significant architectural modules and directly contribute to product creation.
• Lead non-functional areas such as performance, scalability, and security from concept through implementation.
• Establish and promote best practices in software design, coding standards, and engineering discipline across multiple teams.
• Review and mentor development teams on architectural decisions, performance enhancement, and secure programming methods.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to address complex architectural challenges.
• Identify and reduce technical debt to ensure long-term system maintainability and scalability.
• Engage cross-functionally with leadership, product managers, support, and engineering teams to shape and communicate technical strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation including roadmaps, design principles, and reusable artifacts.
• Coach developers and QA engineers to foster technical excellence and growth.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and guide their adoption within the organization.

Candidate Profile and Experience

• Advanced understanding of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Over 10 years of experience in designing, architecting, and developing multi-tier software applications.
• Proficient in .NET, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, and MVC frameworks.
• Strong practical knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including MS SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including application design and deployment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration tools like SonarQube for code quality assurance.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems with innovative and flexible technical solutions.
• Expertise in documenting software architecture and applying architectural patterns.
• Detail-oriented problem-solving approach with deep experience in agile development processes and tools.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and positive mindset.
• Preferably holds a strong educational background in Computer Science or Mathematics.
