- Work alongside designers to translate UI/UX plans into compelling and intuitive products.
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to steer technical decisions and ensure alignment.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding platforms, such as Claude Code or Copilot, to enhance development efficiency.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating consensus on technical directions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing production-grade software.
- Proficiency with Vue (especially version 3+) preferred; alternatively, strong background in React or Angular with interest in transitioning to Vue.
- Advanced skills in TypeScript.
- Strong adherence to clean code principles and software architecture patterns (OOP/OOD).
- Experience conducting code reviews and upholding quality standards.
- Track record mentoring developers on best coding standards and architectural decisions.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS framework.
- Competence in writing tests with Vitest or Jest.
- Experience with JavaScript bundlers and build tools like Vite, Rollup, or Webpack.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design best practices.
- Awareness of UX/UI fundamentals and experience working closely with design teams.
- Comfortable operating in Agile and Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Experience or willingness to adopt AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Copilot.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills capable of bridging technical and business discussions.
Desirable Skills
- Working knowledge of advanced CSS pre-processors like PostCSS, SASS, or SCSS.

- Familiarity with Storybook for component development and documentation.
- Background in payments, foreign exchange, or related regulated industries is a plus.
