Role Overview
We are seeking a Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) to join our versatile team focused on ensuring advertising posters are professionally displayed and council bus shelters remain clean and accessible year-round. The position covers the Bristol, Swindon, and nearby areas.
The role offers flexibility in managing your 40 hours weekly, alternating between posting and cleaning duties by week. You'll operate independently, working outdoors in all weather conditions, using a company-provided fully expensed vehicle, including commuting from our Portbury Bristol depot where you will restock weekly and receive company updates.
Key Responsibilities and Environment
- Carry out posting of advertisements to a high standard across assigned rounds.
- Maintain cleanliness of council bus shelters to benefit local communities.
- Work independently outdoors throughout all weather conditions, managing your schedule and workload.
- Use and maintain a medium-sized company van for all operational travel needs.
- Attend the Portbury depot weekly for restocking and briefing.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid driving license with no more than three penalty points.
- Experience driving medium-sized vans preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely and unsupervised.
- Ability to plan and organize workload efficiently.
- Experience working outdoors in variable weather conditions is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience with industrial cleaning is an advantage.
