Job Summary

This role as a Posting & Cleaning Operative offers flexible work arrangements that can adapt to your personal commitments. You will join a versatile team responsible for accurately posting client advertisements and maintaining the cleanliness of council bus shelters throughout the year. Your work area will cover the Bristol, Swindon, and nearby locations.

Working Pattern and Environment

You will work a 40-hour week with flexibility over scheduling, following a straightforward alternating weekly pattern of posting ads during one week and cleaning shelters the next. The position is outdoor and physically active, requiring comfort with solo work and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. You will operate independently, managing your own assigned route.

Tools and Facilities

You will be provided with a fully expensed company vehicle for all work-related travel, including commuting to the depot and traveling between residential, commercial, and rural sites. Weekly visits to the Bristol branch in Portbury are required for resupplying materials and receiving company updates. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

Requirements

• Valid driving license with fewer than 3 penalty points
• Experience of working outdoors in various weather is favorable but not mandatory
• Proven driving experience handling medium-sized vans
• Ability to work remotely and independently without supervision
• Strong time management and workload planning skills
• Previous industrial cleaning experience is advantageous
